Feeling angry at times is a natural emotion, acknowledging and expressing the emotion in the right manner can be healthy for us. Anger simply be divided into two groups GOOD AND BAD ANGER. Good anger is recognising when something or someone makes us angry and dealing with the situation there and then in a respectful and non-aggressive way. Bad anger is the opposite , not dealing with the issue suppressing the emotion and allowing it to fester. It will rear it’s ugly head at some point when we feel threatened and be used to hurt or control a situation.
Counselling can help by looking at the triggers for the anger, identifying the past learned patterns and learning new way of resolving situations as they arise
